Wikileaks website speaks shocking abuse of human rights by the United States and its allies. The site Wikileaks published documents contain accounts of torture and murder of 66,000 civilians in Iraq. The UN has asked the Obama administration to investigate allegations of serious violations of human rights, summary executions and war crimes brought to the surface by Wikileaks. United States claimed to be super protective of human rights, freedom of expression and security of life worldwide.

Torture is a crime under international law. International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights , prohibits torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, even in wartime. The prohibition is absolute. The United Nations Convention against Torture stipulates that states must take appropriate legal, administrative, judicial and other measures to prevent acts of torture and no exceptional circumstances whatsoever. U.S. has been claiming the Director of Human Rights. In addition, 9 October 1975, Punishment (Convention against Torture) has been adopted by the UN General Assembly

The site Wikileaks published documents contain accounts of torture and murder of 66,000 civilians in Iraq. According to the press, torture was used in the form of beatings, electric shocks, sexual abuse and rape, prolonged solitary confinement, hard labor, near drowning, suffocation, mutilation closely, and to suspend for a prolonged period was used. In addition to the types of pain or suffering mentioned above, therefore, also includes torture forced to stand and spread eagle against the wall for hours, subjected to bright lights or blindfolding, be subjected to continuous noise deprivation Sleep, food or drink, be subjected to standing or squatting or forced constant shaking. Moreover, torture is not limited to acts causing physical pain or injury. It includes acts that cause mental suffering, such as threats against the family or relatives.

Wikileaks site expose dirty acts of the United States and its allies, has provoked strong reactions from the world community. The UN has asked the Obama administration to investigate allegations of serious violations of human rights, summary executions and war crimes brought to the surface by Wikileaks. The new British government described the allegations as "extremely serious" and "shocking". Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Nick Clegg admitted that the decision of the government of Tony Blair to join the U.S. in March 2003 invasion of Iraq was "illegal."

Wikileaks website has published nearly four lakh such files on the war in Iraq who speak of violations of human rights and the killing of thousands of people in questionable circumstances by U.S. forces and allies. Earlier Wikileaks website has published the violations of human rights on the war in Afghanistan by U.S. forces.

Wikileaks site claims that not only the forces of the United States and its allies have used to abuse human rights on the unfortunate people of Iraq. The Iraqi government, established with support from the United States, too, indulged in crimes and abuses of human rights that have been, are heinous crimes. Abu Ghraib concentration camp organized by the United States in Iraq was practically the center of violations of human rights. It is surprising that United States continue to point the violation of human world, when it supported Iraqi troops openly in Iraq.

The Times of India indicate that releases Wikileaks 400,000 documents war in Iraq - claim of 66,000 civilian deaths in Iraq, in violation of human rights in wartime. More than a hundred analysts of U.S are examining to 60,000 documents published by Wikileaks, and never suggested that all options were inaccurate. U.S. Marines patrolling Husaybah found a man in the hands of Iraqi forces who said he was out of a taxi, blindfolded, beaten and placed in a room for three days, a report said. He cites medical records and photographs of the man's injuries as evidence.. "No investigation is warranted," it reads.

Despite the opinion of the Security Council of the United Nations, the United States with the United Kingdom in tow invaded Iraq on the suspicion that Iraq possessed nuclear weapons. The Iraqi regime has also been accused of having links with Al Qaeda. These accusations have proved false. Therefore, all those responsible for massive loss of lives and property and abuses of human rights must be made to pay for it. The penalties for those who use methods of torture, in violation of human rights, should be convincing, the American people are against all forms of torture on civilians ,and do not support violation of his human rights.
